In November 5th 2013, Infinity Ward, and Activision will be launching a new Call of Duty, called COD: Ghosts. If following the series, this is actually supposed to be Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 4! 

------->"Everyone was expecting us to make Modern Warfare 4, which would have been the safe thing to do. But we're not resting on our laurels," said Mark Rubin, executive producer of Infinity Ward.

This will be the game for the "new generation' will feature more complex gameplay.

Rumours:

-Call of Duty Ghosts will be set in the future like COD Black Ops 2, but will be using modern technology and weaponry.

-Maps and missions will be intractable, such as sliding doors, or traps or machinery....

-Call of Duty will be available on PS4 and Xbox 720, as its main target consoles are the "new generation" ones.

-They want the game to take longer to be released, so the costumers are more 'eager'.

-The game was added onto Amazon Pre-order list 24 hours after the official announcement, and thousands of people have already pre-ordered it! (If you pre-order it, you will receive the new 'Ghost' camouflage for Black Ops 2!
